We represent both insured and insurers in insurance-related litigation.  We have represented classes of insureds (state-wide and otherwise) in claims against large health insurance carriers for policy and statutory benefits. Since 2000, we have obtained awards or settlements in excess of $36 million from health insurers.  See Hoffman v. Regence BlueShield, 140 Wn.2d 121, 991 P.2d 77 (2000). We have also represented individuals against life and disability insurers to obtain policy benefits wrongfully withheld. See Fleming v. Monumental Insurance, 154 F.3d 1001 (9th Cir. 1998).
