Employment Disputes
We represent plaintiffs and defendants in cases that alleged employment discrimination on the base of race, age, and gender. We have represented numerous individuals and companies in lawsuits involving non-competition agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Representative Cases
- Yates v. Local No. 7 (Washington - Federal Court). Defended contractors’ associate against claims of employment discrimination. The case settled after four weeks of trial.
- Svae v. Hathaway, et al. (Washington - King County court). Represented parent, subsidiary and officers of each against former employee who alleged breach of employment contract and sought to avoid a covenant not to compete.
- Bowman v. LSED, et al. (Idaho - State Court). Represented employer in sex discrimination and harassment suit by former employee.
- Cracolice v. Interstate (Oregon - State Court). Represented employers in handicap discrimination and wrongful discharge suit brought by former employee.
- Shram, et al. v. FSLIC, et al. (Washington - Federal Court). Represented former employees of a savings and loan, seeking severance pay from FSLIC (as receiver for the savings and loan) and the acquiring entity.
