In Rockey et al., v. The Center for Counseling and Health Resources et al., Civil Action No. 09-2-02242-7, Sirianni Youtz Meier and Spoonemore represents current and former patients of The Center for Counseling and Health Resources in a lawsuit alleging breach of contract, violations of the Washington State Consumer Protection Act and breaches of fiduciary duty based upon The Center's billing practices.
