Products Liability

We represent manufacturers who have been accused of producing products that were unsafe or not fit.   See Walden v. Pittsburgh-Corning Corp., 98 Wash.App. 1006 (1999).  We also represent corporations and businesses that have been damaged by defective products.  See All Alaskan Seafoods, Inc. v. Raychem Corp., 197 F.3d 992 (9th Cir. 1999). We handle litigation over whether products adequately met specifications and warranties. Our clients come from many industries, and have included manufacturers of forest products, steel products, medical equipment, bicycle equipment, pumps, turbines and boats. These cases often involve highly technical, engineering-related issues.
